Thread: Preseason Week 2 - Bears @ Giants [Gameday]

Couple of quick observations which I'm sure I'll make elsewhere too. First and last I've never seen such a sloppy effort by the Bears defense and special teams since Lovie has been the coach. They absolutely sucked. In order to win games you have to score more points than you make mistakes. The mistakes won on Monday moreso than the Giants did.

Game ball to Marion Barber who looks to me like the Marion Barber of old. No question this guy will be a great help to the offense. He may have made that td run count if whoever the hell #64 is would have tried to take his man out with his hands or shoulders rather than his ass. How in the hell can you block with your back to the guys you need to be blocking?

Well if Marion is the best of what we got from Dallas offensively that other assclown is the worst. Hey Roy, next time just catch the fvckin' ball and you won't have to try and sell it with that ridculous gesture. As far as I'm concerned RWill is just as overrated and useless as he's always been and I would cut his ass tomorrow if I had that authority. Not only did he stonewall that first drive with the drop but he blew the downfield block on Forte run following that pass reception that would have allowed Forte to score so instead of 7 points off that drive we come away with only 3. Nice job Roy you waste ofr a roster spot.

And while were on the topic of scoring. Will somebody please pull that headset and mic away from Martz once we've got 1st and goal. The guy mjay be fine at calling plays to move the ball downfield but his playcalling within the 10 yard line at crunch time is worthless. He runs when he should pass and passes when he should run and even the team looks like it has no confidence in what to do down there! Funny, New York didn't seem to have a problem with that.
