Sore and still bleeding slightly from one of the incisions so I've stopped my physio for a while to see if that helps to heal it up.

I don't understand the question. My Squadron runs a 5K (3.1 miles I think) every wednesday because we're a bunch of fatasses and we need it. Me especially, I've gained five pounds since I quit smoking.
