Warm and getting warmer
It is hot but not as hot in northern Illinois but last week it was 107 in Atlanta.
This evening is so much better than last evening. I thought that the bitch on the broom was fixin to fly by. My rain gauge read just over 4" of rain last night. I'm not a fan of storms so I didn't sleep much last night. Neither did the mutts.
85 now (20:18) and clear. But whoa! At 15:30 a crazy-assed rain storm blew in,
and for about 15 minutes you could not see beyond 50 yards.
Cooled everything right down.
The Weather channel site says that it is currently 83*, hot and humid. I disagree with the hot part. It is beautiful today! I hope that the predicted storms don't happen.
