Amy Erin Blakely Fired Because Of Large Breasts – Amy-Erin Blakely, a woman who was working in Orlando Florida was supposedly fired because of the size of her breasts. She is calling it blatant gender discrimination and has attorney Gloria Allred fighting for her in court. She claims that she was the victim of sexual harassment which was the result of her breast size. These comments on her body constitute sexual harassment says Blakely and she plans on taking The Devereux Foundation to court for justice. She claims that this type of sexual harassment went on for around five years.



The foundation she worked for was a non-profit organization which has 900 employees that Blakely was responsible for managing. After she accused a manager at the foundation of sexual harassment she was officially fired. She says the fact that senior managers in the foundation focused more on her body than the job she was doing is embarrassing and she plans to get the kind of justice she deserves in court. Another claim which Blakely made was that one of the management staff at the foundation had a discussion with another employee about the size of her breasts and the fact that she needed to cover them up in order to command respect.
