    2 things:

1.Even with those doors, at 6'2" ill still never fit into a Maza Miata.

and 2.Im curious about how they maintain structural integrity in side impact collisions (T-bone, one of the most common). They claimed to have eliminated the B Pillar, but the B Pillar is part of the steel reinforced structure that helps protect the passenger in side impact collisions. And without that pillar, or without any reinforced frame that connects the A and C pillars, im curious how they solved the issue of safety in regards to that type of collisions. Still...pretty cool none-the-less

    1. Why would you want to drive a chick car?
1a. You could drop the top, and look over the windshield, but it's still a chick car.

    2. They probably strengthened the door, though I don't see how it could possibly be as rigid as a B pillar.

    3. It looks pretty pimp, but do you have to sit in your car when it rains? lol

I dunno...i was a teenager when the Miata first came out, and i thought it was awesome, went to the Chicago Auto Show that year, tried to sit in it, was sadly disappointed that it was a chick/midget car after all. Title of the thread reminded me of that story, thats all.

And im sure they did strengthen the door, im just curious about how and what they did to it...it does look pretty pimp tho.
