Not that I can add anything worth a crap to this thread, I thought I'd tell everyone that I started watching Rescue Me on Netflix streaming last night... season 1 episode 1. Recommendations from friends and the threads on here over the years has me curious. So far so good.

I got addicted to Rescue Me on one of the marathon weekends. Picked it up in season 2 and was glued to the TV for the whole day. Went back to watch the first season and a couple of episodes in season 2. Kind of ruined some of it to start out of order, but still pretty damned cool.
You're doing it right Butka. Stick to your guns, but hurry up to catch up, lol.

I had to buy season 6 on itunes. At least I can get caught up while season 7 is being dvr'd

That one was good if it was any other season, but just doesn't cut it as a final season episode, IMHO.

I found a couple links to catch up. I got all the seasons except 6. Why is it taking so long to release season 6?
