Minecraft
Is anyone else playing this amazing little game? What are you building? I for one would love to see a good rendition of Soldier Field :) Need more NFL and college football renditions in general for me to review. I've thought about doing a Soldier Field build myself, but only been there once (last year) in well over a decade. So I'm not real confident that I'd do it justice.

For those who simply don't know (or even care) about what Minecraft is, it's a sandbox video game that can be played on PC (of course), Mac, Linux (I think), Xbox 360 (but sadly not PS3), all more recent iOS devices, and possibly other mobile devices as well. At a glance, Minecraft looks very simple, but is in actuality incredibly deep. Each new world you play in is completely different from the last; randomly generated as you explore. There are two modes to play in - survival and creative. In survival, you have to farm and mine all of the materials you need, cooking food to keep your health up, making weapons and armor to fight off dangerous creatures at night, and building shelter to store all of your materials and creations, or simply to allow you to sleep right through the night unharmed. In creative mode, everything is at your disposal from the start. Those creatures can't hurt you at all. So you can spend your time building anything from pixel art to a massive stadium or Star Destroyer. You are only limited by your imagination.
My words can't fully do this game justice, so here's a video somebody put on YouTube that does a better job showing you. It's going on two years old, so things have changed quite a lot since then, but it's a start.
