Last week at the bar there was a guy who trie at least 15 times to get people to sing the Bear's fight song The problem was, he didn't know any of the words past the first half of the first line, "Bear down Chicago Bears,da da da da da da da da da da da". I just read a post from a rival team fan who said he was posting on Da Bears site for a week and was never treated like anything but a fan. When you compare an American Football fan to a soccer hooligan, it makes us seem like wusses. The big difference is that we are fans and not hooligans. Look it up. Thank goodness for technology. These little satellite dishes today that pick up everything with a change of the channel are great. Many years ago (about 48 actually) I began to take notice of football. I was already into hockey as was every other kid my age.
