As disappointing as it was to see history seem to repeat itself last night, I saw a lot of reasons to be hopeful.
The defensive line seems to be completely rejuvenated under Marinelli. While Ogunleye got the rewards, I noticed very good push from everyone, making a double team (or even chip blocks) an impossible situation.
Al Afalava played well, and Payne did too (with the exception of one tackle). Vasher, save for one very costly slip, didn't play bad. Daniel Manning
