  1. Richard Dent for the Hall of Fame

    by , 02-03-2011 at 05:15 PM

Let me start of by saying that it's a crime that he isn't in the Hall of Fame already. I was so sure he would of made it in a few years ago, but was snubbed. I will never understand why Andre Tippet was voted in before Richard Dent. In the Super Bowl that Tippet did play in was against the Bears and Dent was the MVP for that game. Anyways, enough of that rant. Here's hoping that none of my stats are off. ...

  2. Happy Birthday Dick Butkus

There are many reasons why I am a Bears fan. Afterall, our team is the founding team of the NFL. I also believe the Superbowl trophy should be called the Halas trophy, but that's an argument for a different day. This team is so rich in history, from it's creation in 1920, to the record breaking skills of Devin Hester today, it's truly an honor and a gift to root for this team. Not many people can say they've had players like Payton or Butkus play on their team. How lucky we are as Bear fans to say ...

  3. non-superfans week 13

    by , 12-07-2010 at 10:19 AM
I wasn’t able to watch the Bears game this week, as I was @ my niece’s birthday party (in WI, ugh!) I’m glad that they kept pace on the Pack, but it sounds as though it was a second-half effort. We face a Pats team that just steamrolled their division rivals this week, and I’m hoping that traveling on a short week affects them. On to imaginary news:

    Riczaj v. Boocheeman
Riczaj had a tough week, as Miami sold out to stop Peyton Hillis, and the Bears relied on their running ...

  4. non-superfans week 12

The Bears D held the Iggles in the red zone this weekend, the offense is beginning to look dangerous, and another fine performance by special teams. Yet another solid game by all phases of the team. Good to see our beloved hitting on all cylinders as we head into the playoff run! And now for the imaginary game:

    Riczaj v. American Pitbull
Mike Wallace, Roddy White, and Ced Benson were all held in check this week, and it looked as though Riczaj may pull off an upset over Pitbull. ...

  5. non-superfans week 11

Odd weekend w/ DaBears playing on Thursday night. Happily, the shutout really helped my fantasy team! Bear Down, Boys!

We had a tie this week, which is something I’ve never seen in a league w/ fractional points. It allowed Pitbull to keep his overall lead by ½ a game.

American Pitbull v. Globe Of Frogs
As I mentioned, this game ended in an exact tie. Vick didn’t put up the huge line that he has the past couple of weeks, and Globe needed Philip Rivers and Nate ...
