Look, you're going way to far with something I just used to point out how the Bears coaching staff communicates is what pisses ME off. I am entitled to that feeling aren't I?

What the flying fvck does Ditka have to do with this? I never brought up one thing about him or the old Bears teams so why insert that. You're just stretching things to areas I never even thought of.

I know it's done by managers and CEO's the world over but that doesn't mean that I have to agree with it or like it so yes, we agree to disagree but stay with the focus that it's my opinion and nothing more.

You don't happen to share it so that's life in the fast lane.

Brought it up because seems the hatred is emotional now and not intellectially or logically looking at things with bears lovie or turner.

Just pointing out you like a coach, the SAME THINGS lovie or turner do NOW,, didn't bother you or get you worked up when ditka( or name any coach you like and respect, doesn't matetr if not ditka).. NOW you are looking for ANYTHINg to rant or complain about

Most coaches communicate this way now, hell lovie and turner an open book compared to the bellichek tree of coaching!!.. yet no one is bothered by them doing it, but EXPECT same thign here gets you worked up? despite KNOWING they are not saying a thing? I guess just don't get

So knowing they will not throw players under a bus, or announce changes for 5 years running.. and NOW you are pissed? and expect a different result?

Seems pretty crazy, and jsut in my opinion, you are mad and lookign for blood in all the wrong places or situations.( i can also have an opinion? right)

Look it's a slow day and Denver is inundated with about 2 feet of fresh snow. My mood is a little black ok?

I wasn't the biggest Ditka fan you'll ever find either and I have a problem with that form of communication wherever I find it, even professionally.

I've been harping on this style of addresssing things for over two years now so this isn't some recent problem I'm having. It dates back awhile.

The smilies were my emphasis based on my opinion of a statement that I thought was foolish given the obvious. I would prefer the way I stated it might be addressed which throws no one under any busses.

That's my style and it always has been.

Do not loose your mind, it is the coaches job to defend his players.

The OL, no matter how we feel about them, is going to have to play on Sunday and there is no sense in letting them get beat up and beat down all week in the media without trying to defend them.

Do they suck, yes, but they are what we have.

I guess I just have a differnt approach to defending my people than others. If a mistake has been made I'll admit it and then have a plan for what to do about it that doesn't throw anybody under the bus but doesn't avoid the issue when it's as obvious as the nose on your face.
