Yea i definitly wanna see Wooton out there. Also all the talk on Tommie Harris plz ppl STFU you Tommie Haters act like he just goes out their and lolly-gags around. Im sure hes trying his hardest to show he can be dominant. And really who are we gonna get thats better than Tommie Harris. Also dont forget "Know it alls" defensive tackle is one of the most injured positions in football, opponents always go to Tommie's knees cuz they know its hard to stop tommie fair and square. Toe might get this start but Tommie will make an impact Sunday night and will be back starting the following week!!!!!

I am not a Tommie hater, I am a Tommie doubter. There is a difference. I have been taking a wait and see approach all off season, and so far I have been right to not jump on the "Tommie is back" bandwagon.
Is he trying his best? I am sure he is, but his best isn't that good anymore, as he has been a non factor the past two years and so far this year.
As far as who are we going to find that will do better than him, apparently the coaches believe that the Toe can do a better job than Harris. He got the start last week because Tommie was benched for poor performance, and now he is a second stringer this week to Toe.
When it comes to the injury talk, I call BS on that because all we have heard all damn off season was how for the first time in a few years he has not had surgery so he will be dominating again.
Maybe Tommie is just done.

I'd like to see Toe be the starting NT and Melton get some more reps at the 3 tech. As for Harris I think many of us have supported him for a long while over many seasons. But now it's time to scale him back and give others a chance to contribute. Perhaps less is more for Tommie.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.
Restore the roar!

really? Was Toe's Zero Tackles. Zero Sacks, Zero fumble recoveries better? In addition to having less of a pocket collapse with big toe than what harris got the first 2 weeks. and how about what lovie said:
"Lovie Smith: "Tommie is always motivated. No complaints about how Tommie Harris has done this year"
"Lovie Smith: "We like what Tommie [Harris] has done. Maybe sometimes taking a week off helps for whatever reason too."
So seems they do expect him to play again alot.
So benj... guess Earl bennett, hester, knox and davis apparently much better than D.A. right ? the coaches believe that the all of them can do a better job than DA. and he is just a bench player? or is that "different"?

Not different at all. Same exact thing.
Apparently they think Toe can do better that Tommie. Tommie was benched for Toe last week, and according to this article, is expected to get the start over tommie tomorrow night. Apparently they do think Toe can do the job better.
DA, apparently coaches think the others can do better than DA.
same exact thing. Not different at all.

You go, Tommie's boyfriend!

If Lovie were always like this, even with losing seasons, we'd all have the feeling that "he did his best". If he keeps this up for this year (and hopefully the next few), he could be a Bears legend....

Oh ya, Tommie was a difference maker all right.....He was a beast out there tonight; spending his time on his ass, on his hands and knees, and a little more time on his ass. He was killing out there; the grass that is.
