Chicago Bears Week Five Grades (our grades)

    QBs- F
Both completely sucked. I think a concussed Cutler could have done better.

WRs- INC. They didn't do much, basically because they had crap throwing them the balls.

    RBs-A-
Forte gets an A (would have been an A+ but he disappeared after the first quarter)
    Taylor- B-
Didn't do great, but did fairly well

    Offensive Line- B-

Only allowed three sacks, and actually run blocked.

    Defense- A
Holding a team (no matter how bad they are) to six points while getting five sacks and three interceptions, that's gold. Sorry, allowing points takes away the +

    Game Balls

On offense- Forte. My God was it nice to see him running again
Deffense- Idonije. Five tackles, three sacks...... that is amazing.

Deflated Football goes to Todd Collins. Perhaps he should throw down some Tommys to forget this game ever happened. Sad thing is, he will be called the winning QB.

    Your turn!

Izzy was the star on defense, Peppers, Urlacher an Briggs were all fantastic today also, and thats been the case every game this season. Forte really looked good today, I felt a ton better with Hanie at QB, I felt like they could actually move the ball without an INT like when Collins was in there.

It is hard to give high score when they played a team who is have as many if not more problems than our own.

    I agree.

Come on....I'm glad they won ~ for sure. But getting all gitty over this win is like everyone getting all gitty over beating the LIONS...when in reality they almost handed us our ass.

The big difference being that the Panther's DIDN'T almost hand us our ass. But still....

Once the Panther's Defense woke up, that was the end of anymore points....except for Robbie, as usual.
We're lucky we have a very light schedule right now. But after the bye, I have a feeling, that all hell will finally break lose. And we're done.

I hope not. But I just can't seem to shake the feeling that we're gonna be stopped in our tracks.

When Hanie completed that deep out to Knox, I thought "wow, thats what it looks like to move the ball again through the air". lol :) Alot of defensive players were impressive in this game, Izzy might have had his best game ever as a Bear.
