The answer is yes and no. The play called in the huddle is set in stone, however there are 3 options that are chosen by the QB at the line.

Thanks. I feel a little better now.
Everyone wants to blame Martz, but without an offensive line, I don't care who you had running the unit, it would be hard to get anything done. I understand he likes to be aggressive and I like that style, yet it does rely on pass protection, which we don't have. I know Mike's smart enough to realize that this group of linemen cannot give his QB the time he needs to make plays and adjusts his game plan accordingly.

I've seen it written here that Martz's system does not have an audible option. Is this true? If yes, I worry about that with this offensive line. Seems all the defense has to do is crowd the line of scrimmage & play up on the WR's to be effective. We don't seem to protect Jay for more than 2.5 seconds, if that, and the press coverage will negate many of the quick passes. I'm really starting to worry. If this had been happening in week 1 or 2, then I wouldn't have felt so bad. But it seems we're regressing, not progressing in the offense.
That's the "odd" part, we used the audible( hot read) to negate the dallas pass rush with plays to olsen and forte- and it was deadly effective- the question is WHY not yesterday? At least twice the read was there and cutler didn't use it, and overthrew olsen on the otherwide open time..the "answer" for the help to the oline, was used and successful already- but wasn't yesterday and that is what is so baffling,IMO

Not to be overly negative, but it didn’t look/seem like Jay was even looking at what the defense was showing him…it was like those blitzing DPs just magically appeared out of nowhere…
Reductio ad absurdum...it's how we roll...

Yeah it's not like Seattle out muscled our O. It's just that our O forgot its brain.

And that is "part" of what is baffling.. How the tackles, go to the inside look and not even look at the CB, followed by the rb on 2 of them also, not realizing it and staying in to block as they fly in, followed by finally Cutler in his presnap read also not taking into Acount and either a hot read or at worst yelling at the tackle to make sure taken, its a 3 layer of goof's...and if not for the Dallas game, you "may" say they don't know the Solution, but they showed in the dallas game they do and can also execute it, but for whatever reason's yesterday, never did

Jeremy Bates was on the other sideline and Jay was showing off. It's not rocket surgery. Look at how many times a well covered Knox was targeted when the under was there for the taking.
Not that it didn't work, I mean, Knox was scary close to 150 yards and 2 TDs.
Problem is he's not Brandon Marshal.

Warner on mike and mike this am:
One of those situations, where mike calls the game and how the "O" is set up.. the o-line and jay need to get on same page, and jay needs to see it and get the ball out quickly, and seems a little hesitation on the oline on who to get and jay's hesitating on who/where to throw
Golic asks shoould be more flexibility?.. Warner says yes need more flexibility, but also see the potential, and still 4-2 and can pull it back?,, but will that stymie the "O"? longer term.. but will jay get killed if don't change soemthing, a tough call on what to do..
