Yeah well as a Bears fan it's rare to have the media in your corner even during our SB run in 2006.

Point I was making is going into that Giants game we all saw the stats about how the Giants were giving up 37.5 points per game in their last 6 and been struggling to keep it together and were terrible at defending the pass. We score 0 at the half with our starting offense and play right into their hands, I know other factors are at play. But same thing happens in Seattle game, they struggle on the road haven't beat an above .500 team since 2007, terrible against pass D.

And again we're whizzing the ball over heads, people not on same page, taking sacks, making these teams weaknesses appear to be their strengths. Just tired of people throwin out stats about how team X sucks at Y and then the Bears don't do anything to exploit it.

We are on the same page, if 'stats won games", there would be no need to play the games, and vegas would never have a losing bet and never be an 'upset"..lol

Stats IMO give you things to to look for, trends to exploit and when trying to predict a game what to look for. BUT NEVER MEANS WILL HAPPEN EXACTLY LIKE EXPECT, as you think or the stats say. You still need to Execute, need to not make mistakes ec etc.. and because of the "human factor" each week 'some" games will always gothe opposite of what expect ot stats say.

Just like thought we would go 11-5 this year.. BUT also know of the games 'think" we would win and games we would lose.. figured have "some" we expect to lose will be w's and some expect the L's, will be w'S.. JUST THE NATURE OF SPORTS.. and why we continue to watch and Honestly, its what makes the Upset that much more enjoyable and also the converse, when Lose a game expected to win, makes us alot more angry..: )
