    If it's the draft pick thing I agree he's probably not worth a 1st rounder but then again Mankins is a proven commodity can you say the same for a draft pick? Isn't guaranteed money thrown at some of these high draft picks a crap shoot.

    Wait, no to getting rid of a garbage player to upgrade the weakest part of our team because we would have to give up a 4th (name 2 good 4th round picks we've had in the last 10 years) and we might have to get rid of one of these players if we have a salary cap next year: Olin Kreutz, Anthony Adams, Devin Aromashodu, Desmond Clark, Corey Graham, Caleb Hanie, Brian Iwuh, Patrick Mannelly, Danieal Manning, Nick Roach, Pisa Tinoisamoa and Matt Toeaina? Bye bye to any grouping of them, in my opinion. What good are they if the offense is stuck in neutral?

    well technicaly he was alive and healthy at the time but he did give up a 2 rounder for someone who played like they were dead

    And there was no way shape or form NE would want a DT who is a has been for a probowl LG. Not to mention for the 20th time in this thread Harris isnt a 3-4 dlineman

    Yep or a 2nd and one of those 5th's we got for trading Payne esp. if they approached US.
