    "Unnamed" Viking Expresses Thoughts On New NFL Safety Rules Via White Board

    Following NFL releasing a new safety video, one that shows Seahawks punter Jon Ryan getting hit "cleanly" by the Bears Earl Bennett, Vikings punter Chris Kluwe—I mean "someone"—shared his thoughts on the perceived hypocrisy of the league. Kluwe will be fined by Roger Goddell later today.

    Bennett hit him with his back.

    Besides, the punter was out of his "pocket" so to speak and chasing down Hester i assume, so much like when a QB is out of the pocket, he becomes fair game unless it is helmet to helmet, and im sure that applies to other hits as well. Hits on the punter are rare, but they usually happen when they are chasing someone down because their STs suck, if a punter gets hit while kicking, they call it every time.

    Had that happen to me, was knocked the **** out when I was playing football. Mind you this was just a friendly game of flag football. No pads, lol.

    i think it was a clean hit, the punter just was not expecting it as he sored in to the air. lol It reminded me of the warren sapp hit on Chad Clifton a few years back, both clean hits but neither were expecting to be creamed.
