I agree....unfortunately, now that they HAVE ruined yet another quarterback...it's time to move forward.

I couldn't care less if Cutler takes a 100 foot walk off a 99 foot pier. ~ BYE!

At times like this, homerism isn't right. The future was squandered by a GM who probably knew his job was numbered and pulled the trigger. On paper, it looked great. But NFL offenses are never just the product of a superior QB; you've got to have so many things in place... as we can all see.

Orton found the right place. Good for him. He wouldn't have had the same success in Chicago.

I like Jay too much to give up on him. As negative I can be on here I think he is legit but without a support cast he is doomed to fail. His turnover suck but he has taken a beating all year. Last year out OL was shit and the year before that it was shit with orton. I just think we need to suck it up this year and draft we draft about 2-3 DL men with our top picks and then use the middle round picks on wrs and use the late round picks on OL and QBs.

Yep....and of course.....then NEXT year the excuses will be...."well, we're a new team"..."they need a season to learn", yada yada.....and they'll STILL Suck BIG TIME.
And JAY will be an old man by the time this Offense if worth a flying shit.

This team will never get any better because their "timing" is all off.
We now have, what some believe to be a great quarterback....yet the Offense totally BLOWS.

So, then we'll finally perhaps start to fix the Offense....and JAY's only getting older.

Then.....by the time we actually have an Offense again that just my be worth a shit....Jay will be too old to give a rats ass.

We'll just never have ALL the tools we need at the same time. It's always ONE ~ or the OTHER.

I have absolutely no faith in this piece a shit excuse for a franchise......they just don't freakin' care.

You don't try to force plays while throwing off your back foot when ur in the red zone. How many times have we seen him throw picks when he's throwing off his back foot while in the red zone ? If there's one thing Cutler has to learn ... it's this. On the other hand do the wide receivers have a clue about helping their QB and knocking the ball down when it's under-thrown ? They give up and just seemingly let it happen. Ever hear of playing till u hear the whistle ? Ever hear of running the route ur supposed to ? I still believe that Cutler can be a great QB if he ever gets an O-line and receivers he can trust. The talent is there. He just has to get smarter about how to use it. And Martz has to get smarter about how to use him.

Jay (and Martz) needs to take a step back and evaluate this stubbornness. Jay should be benched a game so he becomes a bit less shell shocked. Lovie needs a stand up moment or a rally point before this gets worse. Weather it's pulling players, getting mad- there needs to be a shock specifically to the offense.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.
