    If we go 6-10 do we get a regime change?

    The way that I look at it we have a very real possibility of going 6-10 and seriously missing the playoffs.

    Does this bring the regime change we all want?

    Been saying it for awhile. Only way we get a new regime is if the Bears tank it and a new deal is in place before the end of the season.

    Bears will not pay two coaches not to coach in 2011 so they will not fire Smith until a new deal is in place or maybe won't hire a new one until a new deal is in place. If the later is true, we will get stuck with yet another crap HC

    Yes, but w/a new cba; problem is I don't think they go 6-10, probaby 7-9 wins....and sadly still a possibility of winning the div and going to the playoffs...ie no regime change.
