    Grizz's Kool-aid Thread...5 things.




    We really are close... and I'm sick of hearing it...

    1. Fire Lovie. (it's his job to make sure his people are doing THEIR jobs, ESPECIALLY THE RETARDS WORKING THE PRESS BOX) and right now... it doesn't seem like ANY body is doing there jobs... (well everyone not named Dave Toub)

    2. I'm not sure weather to fire Martz or not.... three season, and three new OC's would just about kill what magic we DO HAVE.

    3. on the Fence with J.A. his neglect of the O-line is inexcusable... but the talent he's brought to the table in other area's makes me want to give him the Benefit of the doubt... Can JA fix the line?? I honestly think he can, but wouldn't cry too bad if he's phased out... actually I might,.... anyone know what's up with Haskell?

    4. I have faith in Mike Tice. 5 starting combinations in 7 weeks would have had us burried at the bottom of the league in years past... Tice is doing good work, with pretty much young inexperienced talent on one side, and aging hurt players on the other...

    5. Note I havn't singled out one player... only coaches. we've seen what the players can do (even the O-line) when they get the right coaching...

    our troubles as a whole??
    this is a coaching deal... and it starts with #1.
    I think we've got a shot at the playoff's this year, but I dont expect any game this season to look pretty....

    or.... pretty much what everyone's been saying since the end of last year...

    I think we keep Martz. I like Cutler in this system, I just don't like the iffy line in front of him

    this whole run 16 times and pass 40 has to stop though....

    we're not giving Forte OR Taylor enough of a chance to get into a rythm...

    we CAN run the ball... you just have to give our guys a chance. we have TWO REALLY REALLY REALLY good RB's...

    I got no problem firing Lovie (I am very middle of the road on him), but I am having a hard time hanging this lose this lose on him…firing Lovie doesn’t make Jay any smarter…and right now that’s the biggest problem killing this team, even more then the OL…one majorly retarded QB…

    Ruskell is the same animal JA is. He also neglects the oline. It was evidenced when they allowed Hutchinson go and never since that point properly adressed his replacement.

    Im on the fence also about Martz. I mean we can get by on D if we brought in a defensive guru to be DC like Saints do. On offense if we focus on the offense and add weapons and oline I dont mind keeping Martz. But if we keep neglecting key things that make an offense work like number one wr and an oline wtf is the point going forward with Martz without these guys.

    I dont think any moves will be made cause of $$$. The main thing Im worried about going forward is did JA vision of an oline just David Carr Cutler out of the franchise qb category? Even before the int fest he has looked dazed and confused out there since the Giants game.

    He was retarded last season as well...one season and maybe its a fluke, so I was more willing to write it off...but back to back season with same shit...
