If Bears lose to the Bills
They won't lose me as a Bears fan, but I will lose all faith in how this coaching staff and administration are running this team.

I haven't had faith in how the coaching staff was running the team since Lovie and the front office decided to let Ron Rivera go as defensive coordinator. This team has the potential of having a pretty steady running attack if the coaches approach their game plan tomorrow from that perspective. That being said, they rarely play to their strengths and the team's weaknesses are always glaring. Lovie should have insisted in 2006 that the front office sign QB Jeff Garcia to fill in for Rex Grossman, or at the very least, bring in Brian Griese or Kyle Orton to play in his place. Instead, what we got was a Super Bowl in which the quarterback botched snaps from center and committed numerous turnovers that led to our defeat. I know that's ancient history, but I don't forget stuff like that.

I'm a Yankees fan, so I don't take losing very well. I don't know how Chicago sports fans do it. The Bears have had a lot of success in their history, but they've also experienced a lot of failures, like three dry spells in championships won (1947-1963; 1964-1985; and 1986-present). It took the White Sox 88 years to win a World Series championship since the last one was won; the Blackhawks are the least successful of the Original Six franchises, yet have had some of the greatest players ever to play hockey play for them; the Bulls were no where before MJ, nor have they been anywhere since him; and then there are the damn Cubs. I feel sorry for you guys in all honesty, but I say that knowing full well that I am a Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks fan.

If we lose, I certainly won't stop being a Bears fan, but man would it show that it's time for Lovie and crew to be vacated of their positions. I'm hoping we see all 3 phases bring it today!
