Have the Bears given Jay Cutler too much Power?

I was reading about Marc Sanchez and that the NY Jets have instituted a body language fine when he looks dejected or disappointed.

    http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/201...anguage_f.html

I thought this was a great idea to train a QB how to carry themselves and add a dimension of leadership to their game.

But could we institute body language fines on Jay Cutler?

I say NO we could not do this because the organization seems to bow down to him. To me we have handed almost Peyton Manning type freedom and respect to Jay Cutler.

I do not see the accountability to his team mates and the organization.

We, the fans and the organization, have given Jay the type of pass that great leaders get, but we are not getting the leadership.

So because the Bears don't fine Jay for body language, which sounds extremely weird by the way, then the Bears have given him too much power?

That's a stretch, man, real stretch.

This thing with the Jets is one team doing it in a unique situation for a specific player that wanted to encourage the fining for his own benefit.
Have you seen the video/movie NFL Chicago Bears: The Complete History? Pretty sweet, and I watched it for free here!

    LOL @ this thread.

Yeah, his power has his favorite receiver (DA) riding the pine all last year while he's begging for him, and this year he gets an OC he didn't want and no power to change plays or protection scheme at the line.
