We beat the Bills.
We are now Champions! Pay those bills!
Have you seen the video/movie NFL Chicago Bears: The Complete History? Pretty sweet, and I watched it for free here!

But.....now comes the hard part of the season.
If we are having such a hard time with the worst teams in the league....I fear we're in for a loooooooooooooooooooong second half.
.
It's not just us having a hard time with the worst teams in the league. New England got their asses handed to them by Cleveland. This season, any team can beat another. There is no true dominant team right now. The Giants maybe. No team is unbeatable. I think we play tough, and if we continue to do so and fight hard for 60 minutes we can get some more W's.

Any win in the NFL is a good win. I'll take the W.

The only postive I can take out of these wins against trash teams is that we are learning to win close games; and in the rest of the season that is going to be important. J-E-T-S are looking beatable too; they should not have beaten the Lions.

Besides.....I'm "negative" because the BEARS STINK? ...... LOL!!!! I didn't put this poor excuse for an Offensive Joke together.
I merely call it as I see it.

Yeah, those teams all blow and completely whipped up on the Bills.
Could the converse also be true...!!! Could 5-3 mean nothing because you are barely beating your opponents...???
Take the Lions by (5).
Beat Dallas by (7).
Beat Green Bay by (3)
Old fashioned beat down by the Giants.
Carolina by (17). Highest margin to date. Also, against a poor team.
Loss to Seahawks by (3).
Loss to Redskins by (3).
Beat Bills by (3).
I guess 5-3 can be suspect to the Bear fan then...yes...no...maybe...!!!

Sure, although that's not the converse of my argument, since my argument was that records don't necessarily reflect the strength of a team. You simply gave another example of what I was stating. We could have very well been beaten by the Bills. Although I think our record is fairly accurate. I think we are slightly above an average team (in a league that is full of average teams this year).
