When does a win feel like a loss?
As far as the 5-3 record goes,how many games were won in a convincing fashion?
I'm not a fan of squeaking into the playoffs,only to get your brains beat in.
Considering the remaining schedule,I doubt that's a concern.
Granted there are few dominant teams this season,but of the upper echelon teams,who do the Bears match up with?
Against the Bills,the Bears had the chance to prove some measure of legitimacy;
yes they were supposed to win,but they didn't make believers of anyone.
At least not in my case.
I am a die hard Bears fan,but this act has worn tired and thin...

And completely agree. These teams that we SHOULD be beating ~ we should not only be beating....but absolutely kicking the dog sh*t out of. Instead, we're just barely cobbling along.
And I know that the BILLS have lost by very little, against far superior teams then the BEARS. This was one thing I was concerned with before the game.
The put up 30 points against New England for crying out loud. VERY Respectable.
But, lets face it.....they were STILL 0-7 going into this game. So, I guess we're very LUCKY...once again, that they didn't put up 30 points against us.
...thanks to our Defense for showing up BIG TIME.
But, this Offense.....????? What a freakin' joke.
YEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! We barely beat Buffalo! YAY!!!!!!!!! ~ the 32nd ranked team in the entire NFL. LOL!!!!!!

I don't think anybody's "crying" HB.......just sick of the lame wins.
How about something a little more convincing against opponents that we are supposed to be CREAMING?

I said it in another thread, I'll put it here. At least this team is learning to win close hard fought games b/c the rest of the season is going to be A LOT tougher. We are going from the 1st half of having a 23-40 record to a 2nd half of teams being 34-30(that w/Minny counted twice)

I tell ya......it's not going to be easy. The only consolation is that it may not be "easy" for anyone. Did you see that JETS/LIONS game today?
Here I was thinking that the JETS may actually be THE Best on our schedule....but Detroit pretty much had their way with them today.
JETS win....but it sure wasn't easy. I thought the JETS and the BEARS looked very much alike.
I'm hoping that the teams we have left also fall into the category of teams that were THOUGHT to be serious contenders at the beginning of the year....but that aren't really all that scary anymore.
And those that were thought to NOT BE very serious contenders are really coming into their own all of a sudden....so, I'm REALLY glad they're behind us now! LOL!!!

We were making Ryan Fitzpatrick look like a Manning for a while there!!
Our run game was looking pretty bad if you take away the Forte run and Taylor TD. And the Bills have the worst run D in the league?
Jay did show some awareness running for first downs but I don't wanna see that instead of a running game! Was he our leading rusher?

I don't care if we win all games by 1 point, as long as they win. We still have the tie breaker over the pukers, and we have to beat MN next week to be in the drivers seat.
