It was a good game,I was on the edge of my seat most of the game.
TE's catching touchdown passes,decent running game;
there was even a Rashied Davis sighting.
Kellen Davis slipped into the endzone for a TD,how do you miss that guy?
Cutler made mostly good decisions with the ball,I give him 1 pick;
the other one was a catchable pass the reciever didn't grab.
Knox was nearly getting open at will,until he got dinged.
The Hester shallow cross was a thing of beauty.
Hester played a heck of a game,changed the field position for the better.

It was probably a good thing we didn't break him .

Who was it that kept insisting Hester could no longer be effective as a full time returner?

The coaches. everyone else insisted he wasn't a good starting WR.

The Bears looked like a real NFL team today, nice to see.
The first INT was a tip. You can't blame Cutler for that. The end zone pick was inexcusable but it's the only blemish on an outstanding performance. He put up 27 points for the team. Great game IMO. Lots of scrambling and making plays with his feet. Amazing throw going right back to Olsen. Good Job Bennett! He lays a perfectly thrown ball right in your hands and you drop it. Don't need Randy Moss, huh?
2 wins in a row and now 3-0 in the division.

Eh. I'm glad we're stringing wins against garbage teams, let's see how we do against GOOD/AFC teams. We'll have a good shot against the dolphins now, but I wanna see us against the Pats, Eagles, etc.

So much is up in the air for the Bears and the NFL next year that I think we have to enjoy this season as much as we can. Anytime the Bears beat Favre I'm happy.

Remember people: when it comes to running the ball, we only need to gain about 3.0-3.9 yards per carry to be effective in the offensive set up we are now in. That's all we really averaged today, and we wound up gobbling up 130 yards on the ground. Could run blocking have been better? Sure. But it wasn't this abomination that everyone seems to be saying it was on all the threads I have checked out. Remember what used to win football games for Ohio State and Michigan back in the days of Woody Hayes and Bo Schembechler: "Three Yards and a Cloud of Dust." If we can make the opposing defense honest and keep them from rushing Jay Cutler by running the ball, we will be able to avoid injuring Cutler as well as have greater offensive balance and efficiency.
