Before the game I wanted Favre hurt but now I want him playing the rest of the year. I think he can break his INT total of 29 and continue to look like a fool chucking passes to everybody on the field.

I'm glad he's taking off with the ball, he ripped off huge chunks of yardage!
I still think the Oline played a lot better, there were a few times Jay stood back there and had the time to pick out a receiver. Now we can see Jay doesn't really suck as bad as some say he does, or that the Bears might consider trading him. Give the man some time in the pocket. I thought he played lights-out yesterday.
Hester's punt return was awesome I thought he would be knocked out 3 different times but he kept on fighting.
Weakset part of the game was the run game, but they did not throw the run game out the window and become one dementional. The line has improved and I hope they keep improving. Jay did good but run it in instead of throwing. But good job over all by the offense.
The d gave up some big chunks but they kept the yards low and the pass game didn't go nuts either. Good job over all
Speacial teams no problems as usual. Nice returns by Hester keep it up.
Good job players, good job Coaches good game and lets do it again next week.
hey we looked like a real team yesterday. that impresses me.
well, we have a a decent Tune up game against Miami. any team that can scratch out a win with NO Real QB gives me concerns....
and if not... I see NE hiding later down the line and that's gonna be the real deal right there.
Fuck it, :bearbang[1]:
I'm pumped that some of the concepts we were dying to see were being used AND working:
Balance of running
Using the TE
Hester on KR
Jay scrambling and rolling out a bit
Certainly injects some much needed hope into things.
Our D is the real deal. Petersen looked like any other RB we've faced this year. When you have a D this good, you have to be encouraged.
