Am I the only one who thinks J'marcus Webb needs to be benched?

yeah..that was a pretty bad display tonight. I think he had 4 penalties, and on one play he got-hahaha-pushed back on his arse. I mean he was bad tonight

I dunno, he had some pretty solid seal blocks tonight, that went for good yardage.
The penalties were a bit ticky-tack tonight, IMO.

According to some of the posters on here who know something about OL play (Windycity, Butka, Kronik), the kid has talent but is very raw. IMO, the best way for him to learn is trial by fire. One of those holding calls was pure BS. It was the one were Forte got to his outside and made a nice run.
What I've seen from Webb recently is his inability to control his opponent once he's got his hands on him. He also allows the defender to get their hands on his body too. I saw it tonight and last week, where the defender grabs Webb, pulls him towards him and then side steps him once he's off balance. I'm sure it's something Tice is working with him on and I'm hoping he gets better at it.

He might have taken a basketball pivot step to his right a time or two, but I don't think that he ever really leveraged himself to take on a much smaller Cam Wake. An OLmen should NEVER get knocked on his ass if he's worth his pint in beer.

He's BIG & he's a ROOKIE & he's a seventh round PICK.
He's playing on a team that has WON ... THREE STRAIGHT.
William "THE REFRIDGERATER" Perry comes to mind.
Except FRIDGE was a first round pick.

Regardless of Webb's play, we have our line set, FINALLY. He may be the weak link, but if you are correct, he has plenty of room to grow into his position as he is just a rookie.

Thats stupid, you can't just keep shuffling the OL around. It needs to stay the way it is, they are starting to play alot better and look light years ahead of the first 5 weeks.

Absolutely. Still a boy, though. He's got some training to do, 'specially with the feet.
I wouldn't mess with the line right now, we're finally seeing some consistency.
