Thread: Three Observations that concern me...

The dolfin's injuries that are affecting them are all offensive. Scoring 16 points against them wasn't that bad. We did shut out their offense which should have been expected. We controlled the clock, which doesn't equate to putting up 31 pts in a game.

If Lovie had wanted to, he would have run the score up in the fourth quarter. Miami's defensive line was totally gassed by that time, and we were reeling off big play after big play on 3rd Down as well as just using the old catchphrase of "three yards and a cloud of dust" to our advantage.

Or you could be generous and say that it was a four score game, since there were three field goals and a touchdown.

The giants only beat us by 14 pts where we beat the dolphins by 16 pts. They sacked the shit out of Cutler and we sacked the dolphins qb. We shut down their running game and controlled the clock. Our defense was probably bored from the long drives our offense had in the first half which was nice for once instead of 3 and out and punt. As bad as our offense was against the Giants, our Defense played real good against the Giants.

I'd put our defense up against anybody in the league anytime. We have proven over and over again that we are capable of stopping any team from moving the ball into the end zone consistently. Our defense is going to carry us to a Division title, you wait and see.
