It said "PSYCHE!!!!! This is ESPN bitches. NOBODY beats our team!"
I too also as well would like to be seing dis article.
I read it. it just says "score more points". Kinda lame if ya ask me.
ESPN has never been the tactical breakdown or edge nfl matchup type of article writers. They usually offer general conceptions and serve up the same platitudes you hear the announcers say.
I can make it easier as to why the Bears will beat the Pats.
Hester- Kick it to him, we get good field position. Kick it away, we get good field position. Nough said.
The Defense. Hard to score off them. The Brady Bunch will rack up tons of yards, but will end up with a FG more often than not.
Our offense....... well, at least we have a defense.
You can't seriously believe that all of New England's woes on defense have been cured between Week 1 and Week 12 (Detroit game) through now? I mean, the Jets have struggled mightily as of late; the only game they've semi won convincingly in recent weeks has been the game against the Bengals, and well, you know what they say about the Bengals - the Bears would have a field day play them.
Face it: New England is primed for another loss. They're going to come into this game so big headed that they won't be able to fit through the door way. They're probably drinking the Kool-Aid that ESPN and NFL Network are pouring out for them right now - they think they're unstoppable because of Monday night's blow out win over the Jets. THE JETS AREN'T THAT GOOD! I think I agree with Brian Billick when he made the case that the Jets are a "soft" 9-3 team.
