The Bears and the Metrodome
It was said today that there is no time line for repairs to the Metro Dome and that it may be unlikely to be fixed by the monday night football game next week.
If the game is moved to a neutral site or is played out doors at the Golden Gohper stadium that is a huge advantage for the Bears.

Not sure what will happen next week. Three logical options.
Min U
Detroit
Green Bay

The game should be played in Chicago...by default.
10-7-07 Bears 27,Fudge Packers 20...12-23-07 Bears 35,Fudge Packers 7 Then Favre quit and became a Jet...

Minnesota shouldn't fail at engineering then.

If I had to guess it probably will be played in Detroit again.

Situation reversed. Bears hosting Minny. Soldier Field buried, unplayable. You ok with playing in Minny?

Peel the skin offa' that scab of a stadium, and play ball.
Outdoors, as God intended.

Yes I am. Life ain't fair, life is about adapting to the situation. Don't screw over both fan bases with moving a game to a completely different city.

I bet they play in a college stadium nearby. Kind of like the Bears did when the were rebuilding the interior at Soldier Field. No way they go to Detroit again, thats only being done now because its an emergency, they'll have a college stadium ready to go next week. I agree though it helps the Bears somewhat as it takes away a little of the homefield advantage. Either way the result is the same for MN ... a brutal beat down. :)
