Oh well there you go it's the OL...which is what Butka brought up. That Blizzard didn't even slow up the Pat's that's not a F'n excuse...hell that means their weak ass DL shouldn't have been getting into our qb either; even w/the weak ass OL. We had a whole 1/2 of garbage time to make it look respectable and couldn't even sniff double digits.....And why haven't we been on a mission since that ass beating we took at the hands of NY? F'n excuses.

I am not trying to make excuses, but even good teams make mistakes and that is the difference between a blow out and a close loss. In the end a loss is a loss.
In a blizzard game it absolutley comes down to the OL play. Our DLmen were unable to get the edge on the Patriots because of the conditions and the Patriots simply blew us off the ball.
The Patriots DL talent wise is 100% better than the Bears OL and it showed.

NE only had 2 sacks in the game, Bears had 3. So I guess their "weak ass DL" wasn't getting there as much as your fantasy world believes it was.

they do have a weak dline they had two major injuries and lack depth there. They also lost spikes to suspension. The fact we could exploit there defense is disturbing. It was a game of strength vs strenght their O vs our def. Our offensive should have easily put up 20 on that defense

I was watching their DL pressuring our QB and our pocket breaking down a TON more then their pocket/QB were. Don't know what fantasy world your in, but sacks aren't the only # when it comes to pressure.

Both of the redskins and seahawks games were brutal to lose.

In those conditions it is on the OL and ours was brutal.
What did you want our offense to do, we tried to run and got 0 yards and multiple penalties. We tried to pass and we were pressured and could not make completions to the smurfs.

at least their offensive lines kinda block

That was almost an example of a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming vehicle. We looked all out of sorts yesterday afternoon during the part of the game that was broadcast down here in Tennessee. Receivers weren't eyeing the ball when it was passesd to them, players were fumbling, stumbling, etc. Cutler was on the run all the time when I watched him. Even special teams looked uncharacteristically bad. I know this happens at the college level a lot in match ups between Top 10 teams (Tennessee used to vapor lock every time they'd play Florida in the 90s), and the game against the Pats reminded me of those games.
