I would like it played anywhere except the metrodome. Imagine if there were players on the field when that happened. Who the hell puts some type of cloth as a roof and expects it to hold during a fricking blizzard.

1.It started with a leak, it took awhile before it collapsed, so i doubt any players or people would be injured.
2.Its Kevlar.
3.Theyve survived blizzards for decades without it collapsing...its not as if it was built last year or something.
4.They still suck and should move to LA.

Moving to LA would be terrible. Thats a huge rivalry between them and GB, and between them and the Bears. I would hate to see them move away.

I want to see SD move to LA(would love to see another CA team move there and 5-10 years later move away...again...
I would also like to see Minny move to San Antonio Tx...the irony of yet another Minnisota Pro franchise moving to Tx would be to such an awesome story; and I would get to see the Bears come here at least once a year....;>

Totally agree. And then who would take their place in the North? St. Louis? Eff that.

We love this.

I just read an Associated Press story that said that league officials have decided to move the game to the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium. Well, we've already shown that we're a pretty bad team in a snowstorm AND howling winds. We already know that it's going to be freaking cold (single digits) for the Vikes contest at TCF.
If the weather is stormy/BAD, I expect a very low scoring game. If da Bears only have to deal with the COLD (no snowstorm), perhaps they'll score more. But if the weather is anything like the Bears-Pats game, don't be surprised if we win 3-0 or 7-0.
The good thing is that the Vikes have to play in the same conditions -- conditions that they're definitely not used to. Plus, they have serious QB issues.
Too bad the game is not being played at the (domed) Metrodome. If that were the case, I'd feel completely confident in predicting a comfortable-margin Bears win.

Yeah, I can totally vouch for that...Rams fans are some of the most bandwagon-est, un-passionate, apathetic fans you'll ever meet...great baseball city, but football just ain't they're thing imo...
Reductio ad absurdum...it's how we roll...

Early forecast for Monday ... HIGH: 22-degrees. LOW: 4-degrees. With no snow.
WARMEST day in the 5-day outlook for Minny.
