Our Luck once again

Well, once again, it looks like we'll be playing a team with a 3rd string QB and a host of other injuries (even Adrian Peterson). So, we're "lucky", even though I think we can beat them regardless. But we'll never know.

And, concerning our "luck" with injuries to our opponents... well, at some point, we're going to face a really good team again-- without the injuries.

Here's the thing: We really need to revert to the form we showed against the Eagles. (Although I'd like to see fewer points scored against our D.)

Let's hope that we're not a one-and-done playoff team. That would suck. Although with our offensive line... should we expect much more?

And guess what, Lovie? Most teams have figured out the Cover-2. Can you use a little imagination and throw some other defensive schemes in the mix as well?

I think most people are actively trying to FORGET last week....

You know what, screw the luck talk. No one gave the Bears a pass as key players went down in previous seasons. Jesus H, we were without our entire starting LB corps at one point last season. The Vikings signed a 41 year old QB with a bummed ankle to lead them and while that's not his injury right this moment, that's on them for choosing that route.

It's football. Injuries happen. So do excuses, apparently. Just win.

Truth I believe Saints won it all last year and had the most guys on IR.

I may have been dreaming, but I think I just heard that Mark Sanchez, LaDainian Tomlinson, Shonn Greene, and the entire Defense for the JETS just got placed on IR .....


Anybody else hear that????? ....... LOL!!!
