    Devin Aromashodu

Well, congrats to da Bears on the win. It was nice to see Aromashodu on the field. Too bad his TD was nullified by a holding call.

I still don't know why the coaching staff doesn't play him more. He has a lot of talent and provides a great additional target for Cutler. Fast, good hands, etc.

Do you guys have any idea why DA doesn't get more playing time?

He must have had a string of bad practices, or Martz doesn't like his routes. Other than those wild freakin guesses, I got nuthin. lol

I read earlier in the year they had problems with him because they wanted to move him into the slot, and he was refusing to do so (something along that line). So he's talented but if there is stuff like that taking place behind the scenes, then I'm sure his attitude is part of it.

The knock on him coming out of college was his intellect. It was a pretty big discussion at CDS, because of his amazing physical gifts that made him a near blue-chipper coming out of HS. The best guess as to why he hasn't been on the field a lot over his numerous NFL stops is because coaches are impatient with his inability to take in a play book. With almost a year with Martz' book, maybe he's finally gotten to the point where the coaches trust him to be in the right place. It certainly would make sense to cut his playbook in half in order to have him on the field to close it out with the playmaking ability he has flashed instead of wasting him on the bench learning the slot role.

I like DA coming on late but I hope that this does not upset our somewhat balanced running/passing attack. I see Rasheed Davis came on to save his bacon for next year as well lol.

They've gotten some awfully good play out of the Bennett, Knox, Hester trio and my guess is that, among other things, he just can't crack the lineup. If as sox posts, he isn't willing to move around a bit to get reps I can see that being a deciding factor as well.

Is it me, or have the receivers been running better routes lately? You will still see a disconnect between 6 and his receivers once in a while, but not like we were seeing in the beginning of the year. It's less obvoius anyway.

I think it go's back to what Warner, Bruce, Holt all said about the system taking a good two years to really "master"... these guys are only about half way, and it shows. that's also why we looked so rough early on. Not lack of talent, lack of comfort and understanding.

Now we see guys are just doing instead of thinking about it. Hopefully we'll see everyone's full potential before the season ends, but I'm almost postive next year is gonna be lights out for our Recievers + G.O.

I'm really hoping D.A. comes on. This would mean we might draft a (or more) OL. Bringing in a rook WR would be nice but as said the learning curve could take quite a while.
