This offense, if the line pass blocks, can score on anyone but Matthews is a scary man, a scary crazy, weird, subhuman man. I fear Jennings will take a slant to the house
So much for optimism.

1- We stopped Matthews last game & we can again
2- Matthews is horrible in pass defense. I don't fear him one bit if he drops back in coverage

Lovie Smith is 4-2 in lameblow in his career with bears... Advantage bears
McCarthy is 5-20 in games decided by 4 points or less in career, rodgers is 2-13 in games decided by 4 points or less, Huge advatange bears in games is close
Special teams- Seems almost all bears/packers games hav ST making plays and deciding Games- Huge Advantage Bears, be it a pepper Block Fg and hester ruturn in week 3.. 2008 a brown blocked fg and Ot win, 2007 2 blocked punts , 2006 hester returns for td's.. the hits on ST always seem to Sink the packers

The Packers aren't noted for clutch wins. They have to really open up a can of whoop ass on someone in order to win. If they beat us on Sunday, the scenario will be these two things: 1) Because we'll have allowed them to do so by sitting our starters, and 2) they will win in a big way over us because they will pile it on with their mismatch of starters to our scrubs.

Everything I have heard on the Radio and TV is that Both NO and Atl would have to lose for us to get the 1 seed; maybe NO loses to TB, but Atl has to much to play for, for them to lose to a HORRID Car team. I'm happy w/the 2 seed....and hoping Atl loses in the 2nd round.

There's a good chance that that would happen, and that we could wind up playing New Orleans in the NFC Championship Game in beautiful Chicago, IL. We'll have to get past the winner of the Philadelphia/NFC West winner in the Divisional Round, but I like our chances against the Eagles because Vick traditionally doesn't play well in cold weather, and Chicago will be cold by that time.
