But if we beat the Packers, they are out of the playoffs. No need to worry about trying to beat them three times a season.

On top of that, there is NO reason to rest the starters. They already will be getting a week off. You give them two weeks off they could very easily get rusty.

I got read the third degree by Butka and GlobeofFrogs about that issue. They both are in favor of sitting our starters. Indianapolis has done this before and it usually backfires on them in the playoffs.

I would agree to rest the starters, IF and only IF we did not have the bye week. No reason to give them two weeks off.
