Crappy game...but come February, it shall only be a footnote to the season. (no matter how playoffs turn out).

Overreact much?
Yeah, I desperately wanted to win this game because A) I always want the Bears to win B) I always want the Fudgepackers to lose and C) I never want them in the playoffs, but fact of the matter is, from a psychological aspect, these games always favor the more desperate team and they tend to play with more of a purpose.
Yeah it sucks that we lost, but I think if we meet them in the playoffs (which would be a home game for us BTW), we'll play much more inspired and focused football in everything from playcalling to execution.
Whether consciously or subconsciously, this game just didn't matter to us as much as it did to them....it was life or death for them and we were playing with house money.

Understand what you're saying but the fact of the matter is we played our starters full game and could do zippy on offense. We looked like Chicago pre-bye week out there and that makes me a tad bit nervous as there's footage on tape now of that again.

There's also footage of us putting 40 on Minnesota & 38 on New York, 2 defenses ranked in the top half of the league
The bad doesn't take away the good. We can play like both sides clearly

WE get a bye & you go on the road.
Thats how goddamn good the Packers are.

Should have just rested the starters, then we would have an excuse for the lose. Besides getting beaten.

I wanted the win as if this were the superbowl. This may be the only chance we get to end the packers chances of going to the playoffs. The coaching staff I felt cost us this game. We can't improve our position in the playoffs but screwing the packers out of the playoffs is something we should have done. Remember lovie said our #1 priority was to beat the packers and we failed.
