Forte would have carried alot more if the situation was different. He average over 6 a carry in this game and GB couldn't stop the run. When you already have a bye locked up a playoff game coming, there is no way he was going to carry 30 times this game. I think if the situation was different he would have had alot more carried, everytime they ran outside he got 5 yards or more.
GB is #18 against the run but #2 for scoring D. Philly will be able to run the ball on that 3-4 and both Vick and McCoy will have no trouble. GB will not be able to contain and the Eagles will attack the edges all day. Only us, Giants and Vikings played good containment on them...all 4-3 with "real" linebackers (per Lance Briggs!) who could keep eyes in the backfield. Granted, Vick played like crap against the Vikings, but MN got pressure from the front 4 all day. Capers is going to blitz, and they will play man downfield and that will open it up for McCoy and Vick on the ground. IMHO.

And looking over all of our games, only a few things are consistently true: we have a very dangerous special teams and returner, julius peppers still needs to be accounted for on every play, Cutler can be dangerous both in the pocket and outside of it, and our OL sucks.
