This logic goes hand in hand with ball players who change numbers. A new number means a new jersey that player's fans will want to buy. More money for the player and the team.
If the jersey changes, fans will "have" to buy a new jersey for their favorite player(s). More money for the players, more money for the teams.
F'n greedy whores.
True, why do you think they developed "2nd alternates?" Mo'money. Bears and Dolphins didnt need an orange jersey, Cardinals, Eagles and others didnt need black jerseys.

I doubt that would include Bears fans Benji. The team needs to listen to it's fans. No more orange jerseys and no new space age uni's. There's a 80+ year old tradition to hold up here. Very few other teams can say the same and most of those that can adhere to their traditions as well.

Its no coincidence that the teams that are typically ranked as having the "best" jersey designs are ones that maintain their "classic" looks: Bears, Cowboys, Colts, Chiefs, Raiders, Redskins, Steelers. And the teams that come out with a new "radical" design are ones that become universally lambasted: Vikings, Seattle, Cardinals, Bengals, Jaguars

The Fans might hate the jersey, but bottom line is its all about the money. I would hate to see that jersey on my beloved as well, but you and I both know that teams and players are greedy SOBs.

I like keeping the old style to it also, there is just something about it as part of football is really also the long history it has, and having the old style logo's and uniforms I think is great.

Crap now I have to go in and edit all my logo files to reflect the new changes thought I was set for life with those.
Ah well.
Seriously though, are those blue knee pads? Come on son!

Yeah, I don't like the numbers, or the crooked "c" or the blue kneepads. Lets keep it realisitic. reminds me of some concept car ideas that are just rediculous.

Re: the trophys
Yay, let's take the long, rich history of the NFL, wad it up and take a big, shiny dump on it.

Psst, hey Goodell,

Gosh, I love the Bears and I love football but I HATE the NFL/Goodell.
