I was thinking the same thing, why have coaches when we can use players that are way past their prime teaching the rookie.

Why do the Bears pull the center ,when other teams pull guards? I'd keep Kreutz and draft a center. He lost weight this year an offseason will do him good but the Bears do need to find the future center soon

He could teach the younger players how to break Fred Millers Jaw or how to whiff on screen plays.
