This is what football is about, at least for me.
Bears vs. Packers at Soldier Field for the division. Doesn't that sound awesome? I cannot wait. We had nothing to play for last time we played them and we stopped their offense cold. It's gonna be a battle out there, all or nothing. I'm so damn fired up I wish I was playing at all 6'0 200 lbs. of myself. Anything can happen, and we are one game away from the Superbowl.
LETS GO BEARS!

It comes down to SOUL and HISTORY...if this was the Rams or some other team it wouldnt mean as much.
But this is the F**KIN Packers...that shit you take to your heart forever.
If BEARRSSE are hurt on the field...then thats what it takes...these are the packers...
it means everything to beat them at home in a game like this coming up.
You may never see a game like this again in your lifetime...I never have.

Let's keep things in perspective, gentlemen. The NFC Championship Game is but another stepping stone in the direction toward a World Championship. Even though we are playing the Packers, it is just a matter of happenstance that we are playing them, and we must treat them as another road block to be knocked down on the way to a World Championship. The New York Yankees, New England Patriots, Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Lakers, and Boston Celtics all view their paths to championships the same way; everyone is a rival to be toppled and destroyed if you want to claim the prize. I will admit that it will be sweeter since it's the Packers, similar to when the Yankees beat the Red Sox in the ALCS, the Lakers and Celtics play and win against each other in the NBA Finals over the years. A winner will rise up and thrive against any opponent that stands in its way of attaining greater glory, no matter what team or individual it/he/she are/is. We must treat the Packers as another road block, and win the rubber match in order to prove that we were the better team throughout the course of the season. We must beat them because we cannot win a World Championship if we don't.

Can't have the Halas Trophy lifted by a packer in Soldier Field. The universe will self-destruct...

Is it just me or has The Great Julius Peppers not done JACK SHIT against the Frackers this year ? This million dollar "Stud" had better do something (when it really counts) against the Frackheads this Sunday or all the hype will have been just that,,,, HYPE.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Um, you remember a lot of penalties the first time we played? Many of them were holding penalties, because Peppers was gonna kill Rodgers otherwise. Kinda like at least one of the holding penalties today. And either way, he's freeing up the rest of the defense. worth every cent...
