Seahawks were fined by the Chicago Park Dist., for littering bodies all over Soldier Field. Fines were reduced, as the club agreed to clean up the mess.

According to ESPN, Cutler became the first quarterback to throw for a touchdown on his first career postseason pass since the Jets' Chad Pennington in 2002.

Who was able to revive Tommie Harris? Anyone know what happened to Chris Harris on the injury?

I read it's a hip pointer. Either on the Tribune or Sun Times. Too lazy to look it up again...

I'm actually optimistic heading into next week. We know how to beat the Pack and their recievers don't do well on bad turf. I really think we're going to see a focused Bears team kicking some Packer ass.

Not if we play Prevent defense in the 4th Quarter. We won't be beating anybody next week playing shitty defensive schemes like that. If I were Lovie Smith, I'd have gone over to Marinelli and told him to re-implement the Tampa Two and shut down the Seahawks. There's no excuse for playing what another poster referred to the Prevent as "an anti-defense defense".

Has Dildo had anything to say yet?
Coincidentally, did anyone else observe Tom Jackson on ESPN saying that he can't tell how good the Bears are cuz the Seahawks played so badly? And that this game was a xmas present for the Bears?

Well, it was, and although the logic has changed from when they beat the Saints ("Any Given Sunday" "The Playoffs are the New Season"), we're soooooo lucky to have had our players do as well as they did, because Jay Cutler and co. had NOTHING to do with it...
