Do yall really think Lovie and crew had enough forsite to play a bland game against the Packer week17 and throw in some trick plays when far enough ahead so to fool the Packers to prepare for something we might not do in the NFCC?

offensively the gameplan was WAY different than what they usually run. they went back to the old pre bye game plan. yes they did throw out a different game plan.

i think they threw the game to keep the giants out. cannot think of another reason to open the 3rd qtr w/9 straight pass plays.

agree had a real good game over-all.. but missing those 2 int's just shouldn't happen( did like the push ups after the first miss though) and the 2nd would ahve kept 7 points off the board

yes I do.. esp as we were 50/50 from the week after bye to week 16 each week.. We go 70/30 week 17.. and BACK to 50/50( ok because a big lead 35/65) the following week.. tells me it was on purpose.. why else change for just for one week?
and back to what did in week 3?

when they stopped using Forte against the pack after he was clearly gashing them I think that is good enough evidence we werent taking things too seriously.

I think Martz throws the wildcat in there so teams will waste valuable practice time defending it. But with the way it didn't work I don't think the Pack will spend much time working on defending it. Maybe JA promised Tommie Harris an extension if he just gave us 2 more great efforts lol.
