    I guess I'm a traditionalist. I prefer the old one. Not saying I don't like this version. Just prefer the old one. Either way...it's the Bears who will be hoisting it!

    They've answered the question nobody was asking. I'm with bearkev, I prefer the old one. It just looks more substantial than this one.

    What I mean is, judging by the size and materials, the old trophies looked to be larger, and heavier than the trophy that SHOULD have borne Halas' name. (the SB trophy)
    Maybe that's why the change....or Goodell has just lost his damn mind.

    yeah with you, saw the new designs 6 months ago for both halas and lombardi and hate messing with tradition- i'm with ya beakev.. really HOPE it ends here and doesn't move to those god-awful Nike Uni's that put out a few months ago, that they tried claiming weren't true( IMO they just wanted to see fan reaction)

    I like the new trophy, I read online that they actually commisioned Tiffany & Co to redesign it, dont know why that was necessary but whatever, I'll really like seeing that trophy being lifted up by our Bears on Sunday!
