Theres no way I would ever have thought we'd get Peppers, but to land Asomugha also...that dude is THE shut down corner!
Bears defense is good...but Asomugha would put us into front runners in the playoffs for years.
We're not talkin division...we're talkin playoffs.

Cutler went to the locker room before the half. Took a shot in the knee and couldn't go. I can't believe you guys are questioning his toughness after all the hits he took these last 2 seasons.
Jay did not have a great game today. It was bad, but I'm not ready to throw him under the bus. There are many to blame in a loss. GB made plays and we didn't.

Not questioning his toughness at all. I just think he quit on the game. If you can stand and walk on the knee, you can still play.

I am particularly his mental toughness. He bottled it today BEFORE and AFTER he went off. I am watching Rothelsbirger playing after taking a decent clout to the leg. Jay bottled it today pure and simple. He shyed away when he was needed the most.

Believe what you want to believe. Biggest game of his career and you all think he quit. Wow. He had a bad game, there is no doubt. I can only shake my head at, IMO, the over reactions.

thats what happens when you rely on your defense for wins and your special teams to give you excellent field position to piss away

Out of all of the side line shots you had of him, which one made you think that he was hurt?
Where he was standing?
Walking?
Leaning back on the bench with his normal look on his face?
Whether he quit on the team, or Lovie pulled him as Cutler said, he was fine to play the rest of the game.

I don't know what to believe. I was making an observation in my previous post.

Were you on the sideline Benj? Did he twitter you and say, "hey, I'm not hurt"? Did you go into the locker room with him and watch him take the injection? Likely NO, to all those questions, so face it, you're only guessing.
I'm not happy we lost to the Packers either. Jay played poorly. He missed some open receivers and generally looked uneasy while in the game, but I don't think he quit. Just because you can stand doesn't mean you can play.
