Oh shoot. I meant to vote for the "oh hell no" option. Misread the poll. But Angelo definitely needs to go. Just look at his draft history and its very obvious, in my opinion.

Why did analysts give us such a low level of expectations this year??? Because they know they Bears. They know they have talent, but don't know how to use it.
We hardly ever make adjustments. We never fill out holes/needs...
They expect us to do little because we don't do anything to win.
We went out and signed a FA QB because we couldn't find one. There are teams that have no problem finding them. Yes some teams have trouble, and we're one of them.
So we had a couple of huge signings. That did nothing but bandage the gash of JA not filling the talent pool needed to win.
We win by luck, bottom line. The ball falls our way. We don't have a solid running game, and we can't consistently move the ball week in and week out.
Green Bay moves the ball. They've shown that, hence the reason we were underdogs...
So back to the original theory... Why are Bears fans pissed??? Because we lucked out way to 11-5 and the NFC title game. We beat who this year?? Then ask how healty that team was when we played...
Are our games consistant? Do we play solid football week in and week out? We seem to win differently each each. We have nothing solid...
We ALL hoped good Cutler was going to come out. We know we have the talent on the team. Or do we? It doesn't seem like it, but maybe it is the talent, if the staff isn't the problem. It can't be that we're good on both sides (coaching/staff and talent)... One is the issue, or both...

Please sign Jerry Angelo to a long contract extension. I bet he draft a defensive player with his top pick.
Dream on Bear Fans your team sucks.

The sad thing is you are probably right. I could see him drafting a replacement for Tommy Harris or trading our 30th pick for a couple of lower picks that will be cut the following year.

If he does, hopefully its because they splurged and got some FA OLmen.

Ain't it a shame? This is the first year we REALLY don't need him to trade up in the draft..
EDIT: Although I join in your disdain for his propensity to take fliers out on injured or "project"/"specialized" players, I'm willing to ride out the new scouting staff. Just as had been done with Lovie cleansing his coaching staff due to ineptitude, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt as to this being much the same.
