    IDK who exactly believes what, but my hopes are:

    16 game schedule
    Rookie cap (that way a team trading up will be more inclined, and the team trading down will be able to get more for their buck, more parity)
    No salary cap, or allowing one player per team to not count towards it
    Shorter rookie contracts
    Oh, and the Bears on Hard Knocks this fall...
