Actually, I believe it will be the 29th.
Here is a draft order that is a few days old.

It has Bears at 30, Jets at 31, Steelers at 32. Packers are at 29.
I assume that the Packers and the Steelers will get the 31 and 32 pick. That would move the Bears down a spot to 29. Jets were above the Bears, and likely would stay there because of strength of schedule.
But then again, it is NFL Network. This is the same station that had the Bears listed as the 6th seed and the Pack listed as the 2nd seed.
I think the bears should forfeit their top pick since their GM can't draft to save his ass.
