Thread: That was by far the WORST

I liked it when the Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers headlined during the halftime show. I wasn't too enthusiastic about Prince or the Black Eyed Peas.

I will say that I would eat Fergie down at the "Y".

Slash made an appearance with the Black Eyed Peas and that was the best part. He should of just played his guitar the whole time.

Seriously, we need to find a balance between Old and Young. Instead of Black eyed Peas, maybe the Black Keys? How about an Eagles reunion, or someone like Pearl Jam? I'd love to say Flaming Lips, but that would be a little odd, but then again what have we had to listen to these past few years(EDIT:I've not actually paid attention to the half time show since Janet Jackson)?

BEP were entertaining but vocally quite poor.

And as much as I like some metal bands I cant quite see them at the SB halftime show as I don't think they would have wide appeal
