To give you the quick hits of the article it dicusses the fact that to win in the NFC North the Bears are going to have to stop the Green Bay Offense.

He believes to do this the Bears must strengthen their defense.

This is stupid as the Bears offense cost them both games against the Packers.
So then one could argue, that drafting O-linemen is the way to go cuz that way ( as long as the line can protect Cutler ) then this team has a chance to win, even if most of the games wind up being shootouts. What good is defense when you know the other team is inevitably going to score and your offense can never do anything. I'm for o-linemen and trying to win by out-scoring our opponents when need be.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Jimmors had a good point, we did stop their O this year. But how many of the 14 on IR were from their O? I think their starting TE and RB were at least 2 of them. It will be harder next year to stop them; ecspecially depending on how they draft/go through FA.

But a good way to stop their O is to keep ours on the field longer, which is why you draft OL; which will help stop their pressure from getting to our Qb, which will keep the chains moving and put more points on the board.

I think from a pervious thread, someone pointed out that the majority of their IRs were 2nd and 3rd stringers...i wouldnt be too concerned about who they were missing this year. Plus, our defense was #2 in the league in Run D...only allowing 90 yards avg, and we faced some pretty good rushing teams: Jets(4), Eagles(5), Vikings(10), Panthers (13)

Fun Fact: GB was 24th in Rushing this year...i dont think they are going to jump to #1 and run all over us just because they get Grant back.
